May I cancel my order?

Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to the order being processed for shipping. To cancel an order a customer must call our office to do so. Orders cannot be canceled via e-mail or fax. Once the item has been processed for shipping, customers must follow returns procedures listed below. We strive to have the most accurate photos available of each product, but sometimes due to limited picture availability we use generic photos to represent the product. Differences will be minor from photo to actual product.Pricing and availability are subject to change up to time of shipment.
